Expect rocking Cajun music, NM Spanish songs, Alice Gerrard's wonderful originals, unusual harmony fiddle music from the Tohono O'odham in Arizona, and much more
Three reunion tours in last seven years, including Sept 2007 tour of Bay Area
Alice Gerrard lives in Virginia, having played with Tommy Jarrell, Bill Monroe and countless others. Works on the Old-Time Herald. Jeanie McLerie has lived in Paris, California, Lousiana and New Mexico, learning music first hand from musicians in the community. Member of Bayou Seco (7 CD’s), along with husband Ken Keppeler. Musical tastes vary from Southwest-Cajun to old Spanish songs of border area.
